Muffaletta Artichoke and Olive Spread

A savory combination of artichokes, black olives, green olives, roasted red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt and spices. Use on your favorite sandwich. Tuck underneath the skin of chicken before roasting. Toss into tuna salad, use as a topper for fish before baking. Or do as I do and just use a spoon!
